Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging and tags.

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or have been washed cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Products made specifically for your order.
• Items with manufacturing defects already reported after the return period.
• Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds
