Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and tags.
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or have been washed cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Products made specifically for your order.
- Items with manufacturing defects already reported after the return period.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the product and the problem.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
